Clients will automatically receive priority access to our own CV database, and we can also provide access to a wide variety of external sources, which broadens the search and can be an effective tool in specialist recruitment.

For Executive Search, we draw on the vast network of contacts we have built up through attending industry conferences and exhibitions, lunches and dinners. Our researchers keep us up to date with developments in the marketplace. We are experts in tracking down senior or specialist candidates through a wide variety of sources, including personal networks, in-house databases, directories, journals, magazines, and Internet searches.

From a lengthy list of target candidates we conduct a thorough screening process, presenting the client with a qualified shortlist for interview.
