Interview screening

Successful candidates from a CV screening process will be called for an interview. This interview is designed to gain an assessment of a candidate's personality and motivation for applying for the post. Questioning is also devised to obtain additional information on the individual's background and credit control experience to ensure they meet all the criteria laid down in the job specification.
