Shortlisting
General
Following initial screening interviews, we
present the CV, accompanied by a profile or interview notes. We provide
the option of viewing rejected candidates for comparison with those selected.
We ask for feedback on CVs within 5 working days so that we can maintain
candidate's interest and enthusiasm towards the vacancy.
Executive
Retainer-based Executive Search is considered the most expensive yet most
professional, thorough and accurate method of recruiting a highly qualified
manager. Our research activity identifies a target list of up to 50 companies
with the ultimate aim of presenting a shortlist of 3 candidates. Invariably,
these individuals would not have been aware of the specific vacancy before
our approach, and we work to ensure that confidentiality is maintained
for all parties concerned.
